LinkedIn launches ‘Career Explorer’ tool: Here’s what it does ?

 

LinkedIn is a professional website for social networking, has launched a new tool called "Career Explorer" that is said to help unemployed professionals get back to work.

"As we know the world faces a global unemployment crisis during this pandemic with 150million people out of work. LinkedIn professionals identify new careers and how to get there, empowering professionals with insights on in-demand jobs and fastest-growing skills, and make it easy for professionals to find people that are hiring".

As per the company, This tool will help job-seekers to find new jobs by mapping their skills to the open roles. It has also introduced a new hiring frame that is said to the hiring manager to share that they are hiring right from their profiles. And enabling job seekers to see the open job opportunity directly to their feed. LinkedIn has also added a new "Skill Assessment" based on a top trending skill to show their proficiency.

Linkedin also claimed that it has added 100's of new skill assessment. To provide the member with a new way to show skills and proficiency. while also allowed to show a wide range of skills. This platform also adding new interview preparation globally in demand for jobs. Which helps professionals to improve their virtual interview skills.
